Four ways into the method.

Each body is different. Each season of life is different. That's why Pilates includes multiple formats — mat, reformer and full apparatus — to make the method adaptable, supportive and sustainable.

Group Reformer

Small-group reformer classes with individualized guidance — dynamic, full-body work that builds strength, flexibility and control.

  • Capped class sizes so every body gets attention
  • Spring-based resistance and support
  • All levels welcome, modifications always offered

02

Private & Semi-Private

One-on-one attention for injury recovery, athletic conditioning and movement goals that deserve a tailored plan.

  • Individual goals or injuries (with clearance)
  • Building confidence or refining technique
  • Returning to movement after time away

Our services

However you like to train.

Private Sessions

One-on-one sessions allow for fully personalised programming — ideal for individual goals or injuries (with clearance), building confidence, refining technique, or returning to movement after time away.

Small Group Classes

Expert instruction with close attention to detail: benefit from shared energy, receive hands-on guidance, and progress safely within a supportive environment.

Duos & Trios

Train with a friend, partner or family member while still receiving tailored instruction — the personal feel of a private with the motivation of training together.

Events & Teambuilding

Small Pilates events for birthdays, hen parties, private group experiences and company teambuilding — movement-focused and tailored to your group.

Find your level

Wherever you're starting from.

Joseph Pilates designed his method as a progressive system — each exercise building on the one before it. Learn it that way, from the ground up and in the right order, and the results are different: not just in how your body looks or performs, but in how it feels day to day.

Foundations Course

A 6-week small-group programme for complete beginners and those returning after a break. Maximum 4 people per class — the foundational exercises, the 6 principles, and how to use the Reformer and Tower safely. Beginner Workshops run periodically too.

Beginner & Level 1

For people new to Pilates or new to our studio. Exercises are introduced at a steady pace with clear instruction, alignment cues and individual corrections throughout.

Multi-Level & All Level

Your natural next step once you have a solid foundation. Modifications when you need them, progressions when you're ready — even our most experienced clients keep these in their weekly practice.

Level 2

For clients practising regularly who feel confident on the apparatus: more complex sequences, faster transitions, higher demand on strength, stability and coordination. We'll let you know when you're ready.

Level 3

For clients with a strong, established practice ready for advanced techniques and demanding sequences, assuming a thorough understanding of the method.

Instructor guiding a client through a private reformer session

New here?

Start with a private.

A single one-on-one session gives your instructor time to assess how you move, set your springs, and translate the vocabulary — so your first group class feels familiar instead of foreign. Privates from $85.
