What this website is

This site provides information about our studio, class formats, schedule and rates. It is informational only. Bookings, memberships, purchases, cancellations and payments are handled on our third-party scheduling platform (Mindbody), which we link to. Those transactions are subject to that platform’s terms and to our studio policies.

Schedule, pricing and availability

Class times, instructors, formats and rates shown here are published in good faith and can change. The schedule and prices shown at the time of booking on the scheduling platform govern. If you see something on this site that looks out of date, please tell us.

Health and safety disclaimer

Content on this site is general information about movement and exercise. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise programme, particularly if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, or managing a medical condition. Exercise carries inherent risk; you participate at your own risk and are responsible for working within your own limits and telling your instructor about relevant conditions.
